Within Australia, we deliver all our orders to you via Australia Post Express Service for a flat rate. We aim to have the order to you within 3 business days – this service can be quicker for delivery to a capital city, or longer for remote areas. Our online store is based in Melbourne, Victoria.

RETURNS

Full Priced Items
We will gladly offer a Refund or Exchange on full price garments, for the value of your purchase only where the following criteria is met:

  1.  Items are returned within 14 days of purchase
  2. The item has strictly not been worn, altered or damaged
  3. Original swing tags and packaging are intact

Email to be sent to info@hummingbird60.com.au and advise of fault or reason for wanting to exchange or refund.

We will not offer exchange or refund on all Sale items.


FAULTY ITEMS

We at HB60 Head Quarters quality control all our garments and products prior to shipping. We understand that in instances a fault may be overlooked. Where this has occurred, we will gladly provide you with a refund providing:

  • Item is returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase order
  • Proof of purchase (tax invoice) is provided
  • The item(s) are in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached
  • The item(s) are unworn, unwashed, not used, altered or damaged
  • Email to be sent to info@hummingbird60.com.au and advise of fault

  • Your Name
  • Contact Number
  • Style Name or item returning, this can be found on your tax invoice or garment swing tag
  • Reason for Return
